Summer Costello
Preschool Director and Saplings Teacher
Mrs. Costello is a certified teacher who has six years of teaching experience with a wide variety of age groups. She continues her education on a regular basis with online educational courses and professional development opportunities. She has been a stay at home mom to four young children of her own who challenge and inspire her every day. Mrs. Costello loves the preschool age and believes that children are filled with God-given creativity, curiosity, and ingenuity that is best nurtured and expanded with a gentle, natural approach.
Elizabeth Johnson
Saplings Teacher
Mrs. Johnson is an enthusiastic teacher with past employment experience in counseling at youth camps, caring for mentally handicapped adults, and who has spent the last five years in an administrative office position. She is also a busy mom of an energetic four year old, and about to welcome her second child in May of 2016. She believes that much of life’s education is received through experience and Jesus Christ’s own teaching, and that is never more the truth than in the experience of motherhood! Mrs. Johnson is very excited to be teaching and learning alongside the children in a Christ-centered environment that will promote an academic foundation as well as natural creativity!
Montana Cole
Seedlings Teacher
Miss Cole is a high school graduate with 5+ years of teaching experience with a varied age range and in a large variety of roles, including nature camp instructor, martial arts instructor, and child care provider. She hopes to continue her education through college when life allows, but for now stays up to date with the changing world through different courses and opportunities placed before her. She is a well know nanny who loves to work with young children. She believes that children have young minds just waiting to learn, through creativity, experiments, trial and error. This happens best in a natural, calming, Godly, fun environment.
Theresa Hails
Seedlings Teacher
Mrs. Hails is a college graduate with a degree in nursing. Although her degree is in the medical field she has always had a passion for teaching young children. She has been actively involved with the ministries involving young children at her church, Grace Fellowship, for 6+ years now. She is also the mother of a very energetic one-year old, Reagan, who teaches her something new everyday. Mrs. Hails is looking forward to learning and experiencing new things with these children as we set the foundation of learning in Christ. She is excited to see what will grow from these sweet minds as they learn together and create a beautiful Christ-centered story.
